Job Purpose
The idea behind this recruitment is to build the framework for the development of an integrated and comprehensive policies and plans to facilitate the development of Early Childhood Education

Duties and Responsibilities

Your job is to lead the development and enforcement of policies and standards that guide the promotion and development of Early Childhood Education/Development in Ghana
You are expected to be able to establish a portfolio of plans and projects with the view of addressing special interest and/or inadequacies for early childhood education
He/She is expected to initiate the formulation and review of policies and practices based on successful models and best practices the promotion of early childhood education in Ghana
Ensures that all activities of relevant sector Agencies are consistent with prevailing government policies, objectives and directives on early childhood education/development
Establish the appropriate internal structures, human resources, decision-making systems and processes that will continually promote early childhood education across the country

Qualification Required & Experience

Interested applicant must have a Master's Degree with research experience from an accredited tertiary institution
He/She is expected to possess a minimum of 10 years of post qualification relevant working experience
