Objective of Position

Every applicant should have these at the back of their mind that the main purpose why the ministry came up with these opportunity is to establish an effective and efficient efficient Research and innovation framework to support the development of evidence-based policies, plans and strategic policy interventions for the sector

Duties and Responsibilities

Applicant is to identify, collate and analyse all relevant research findings on the educational sector ensure that the policies of the sector are evidence based
Your duty also is to carry out the design and establishment of educational research methodologies, techniques and analysis to ensure the quality and adequacy of the sector's database
You are expected to lead and coordinate the integration of sector-wide research and statistical information analysis as inputs for the educational sector policy formation, performance evaluation, accountability and service delivery
Identify gaps in the educational sector research, analysis and recommend areas where in-depths research output collation on the sector by identifying, documenting and publishing relevant data on the sector

Qualification Required & Experience
