Gov Willie Obiano Issues Certificates of Recognition to Two Traditional Rulers

Gov Willie Obiano issued certificates of recognition to two traditional rulers, charges them to maintain peace in their communities.


The traditional rulers are HRH Igwe Fidelis Nsofor Onumonu and HRH Igwe Lawrence Ogugua Oduah of Umunankwo and Akili-Ozizor Communities respectively.

Both communities are located in Ogbaru local government area of Anambra state.

During the ceremony held at the Governor's lodge, Amawbia, Gov. Obiano urged the traditional rulers to be just and kind.

He added that they need to partner with the President Generals, Women leaders, Youth leaders and other community leaders to establish peaceful coexistence and attract development to their communities.

The colorful event was attended by other traditional rulers, senior government officials, traditional title holders, men and women groups and dance troupes.
