Some Zambian Civil Servants Thinks Voting PF Out Will Cancel Loans on their Payslips
Before PF came government workers were getting peanuts, PF increased salaries by 400%
If Zambian civil servants were the only ones allowed to vote, PF would be voted out of office.
To some civil servants, voting PF out of government will mean automatic cancellation of loans from their payslips. Question is; Did Edgar Lungu ask you to borrow and misuse the money?
These ungrateful civil servants have forgotten that only the PF government has respected them. Today those who are getting slightly below K3000 are not contributing pay as you earn. PF removed it. Civil servants are being paid based on their qualifications and not departments.

In the past certain government departments had more money than others but PF dealt with that disparity and harmonized salaries.
Teachers who are degree holders get the same as extension officers with the same qualifications in the Ministry of Agriculture.
Because of a good take home pay, most civil servants have over borrowed and are now very frustrated with life.
Today, if you ask a civil servant about the PF today, their words will be very unkind. Their desire is to vote PF out because of the loans. They want their loans cancelled.
